Hospitality Management Program

Management and Tourism Training

European International Educational University - faculty of Business management offers a unique 10+2 Month (44 weeks of classes) Hospitality Management Program (Certificate Program in Hospitality Management & Tourism, and Culinary Skills) which consists of an accelerated training method including management practical applications and other general knowledge required in the tourism industry. The course is conducted in English, Candidates will also be taught one of the European Union languages.

This program is designed for an individual who has an interest in working in cookery program and entry level management position for the Hospitality and Tourism Industry fields. The program is for 10+2 Months plus three months practical training in the field of studies. On Completion of the program the student will be awarded a special course completion certificate. During this period candidates will go through many aspects of various European and International cooking programs, hygiene, nutrition values, various food preparation theories and management trainee candidates learn the theories of management of Hospitality industry, including restaurant management, hotel & tourism industry. Participants will also receive practical training in each field and receive hands on experience in their chosen field of specialization.


The Certificate program is specially created for an individual who has a minimum experience of one year in this field and wants to expand their employment opportunities in the hospitality and tourism industry. This program is designed for individual who are interested to work in the hospitality industry and the program is for 12+ months; students study for 12months in Georgia/Slovakia and then successful candidates have the opportunity to do 6 or more months advanced training in Canada. First 12 months time students complete the basic education & training, this including the 500 hours of practical training in Georgia/Slovakia. This work experience will be officially documented and it is part of the curriculum and educational program.  (With European International Educational University’s Faculty of Hospitality Management and upon 12 months of program, successful candidate receive the certificate from our University/Institute and then students can transfer to our partner college/university in Canada for 6 or more months and complete the Advance training program in the field. During the last 6 to 12 months of their study period in Canada, candidates gets hands on experience in the industry as part of their education) Prior to transfer to our partner Canadian school, students must take IELTS and score 6 for the exam also must complete the required math courses.

 

Program Overview

  • This is an Eighteen Months Program with Twelve months of Education and training in the Republic of Georgia or Slovakia
  • The next Six  or more months of advance training can be in Canada.(Applicable only to those students who wish to go to Canada for Advanced training)
  • Upon successful completion students receive course completion certificate from the University (approved by the Georgian Ministry of Education and Science or approved by the Slovak Ministry of Education) or Diploma (depend upon the program)
  • For those candidates who successfully completed the advance training program from Canada are eligible to apply for the work permit.
  • The students also have the option to choose to do the advanced training in Canada with our partner College there (Conditions apply*)
  • Those students who wish to do advance training in Canada must score 6 on IELTS examination and complete the required math courses.

All candidates will do 500 hours of practical training in the industry and have hands on experience during the 10 plus 2 months period. Each candidate will also do Non credit courses such as a European Language and cultural studies

Program Eligibility Students should have completed 12 years of Schooling with certificate issued from a recognized institution. The students should have good knowledge of English.
