As a normal practice the student are to take care of their own accommodation. The administration will assist the students to acquire reasonable facilities. Residences are equipped with Power, Gas and water (hot and cold). Most houses are also furnished with central heating. When arranging the accommodation it is taken care that the houses are as far as possible furnished so as to make it a comfortable stay for the students. It is always advisable for student to stay in groups so as to reduce cost of living. A normal one bedroom accommodation would cost from $150 onwards. (This would be very basic accommodation and could accommodate two persons). Large accommodations would relatively cost lower and have a number of students to live together thus bring down the individual cost considerably.If any individual wishes to have independent accommodation, they should intimate the same in advance to the administration.The feasibility will be checked and once the house is identified the same will be intimated to the respective candidate who will have to deposit two months rent in advance as deposit.
On the arrival of the students they will sign a rental contract with the respective owner for the accommodation. Any damages caused during the stay in these accommodations will have to be repaired and the cost borne by the respective students who are residents of the particular accommodation.
